Scraper thin-film evaporator

This equipment adopts a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which is the latest evaporator structure abroad. It can form a thin film even with very low flow rates. The deposits in the processing liquid adhering to the inner wall surface of the cylinder evaporation section can be quickly removed by the movable scraper. Compared with fixed-gap scraper evaporators, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It has the following performance and features:
       1. High heat transfer coefficient, large evaporation capacity, evaporation intensity up to 200 kg/m²·hr, and high thermal efficiency.
       2. Short material heating time, approximately between 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum conditions, which is more favorable for heat-sensitive materials, ensuring that various components do not decompose and maintaining product quality.
       3. Wide adaptability to viscosity changes, capable of handling both high and low viscosity materials, with material viscosity up to 100,000 centipoise (cP).
       4. By changing the rotation direction of the scraper groove, the processing time of materials in the evaporator can be adjusted.
       5. The inner wall of the evaporation section cylinder is precision-bored and polished, making it less prone to coking and scaling.
       6. Easy to operate, with simple adjustment of product indicators. Continuous production can be automatically controlled under closed conditions.
       7. The equipment occupies a small area, has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, and simple to clean.
